Electronics Service is experienced in conducting hands-on testing and providing real-world solutions to protect buildings from unwanted interference and interruptions. We take the guess work out of the equation, allowing your organization to remain operable and unsusceptible to the threat of EMP or other electromagnetic concerns.
We perform High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Environment testing on buildings as well as some other E3 testing and repairs. We customize our service based on the client’s needs by first understanding what they are trying to protect against and if there is a standard they are trying to meet. We then determine a testing solution which may also require us to engineer a testing system. If necessary, we can create the system and ensure it meets the desired results and is repeatable. Next, we visit the site, perform the requested testing and implement a repair solution. When all repairs and updates have been made, we repeat the testing again. Finally, we provide a comprehensive report detailing the results and solutions.
Electronics Service’s experience on ground-based protection can be reflected in the work done on Aegis Ashore; a land-based Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) System, and a wide variety of C4I/4CI (Command, control, communication, computers, and intelligence) communication centers and data acquisition centers, using mil standard 188-125-1 with guidance relating to High attitude electromagnetic protection (HEMP) for fixed ground-based facilities. Direction was also provided by Mil standard 188-125-2 for the hardening and protection of transportable systems such as the previously mentioned data acquisition center, as well as mobile test facilities.
